On May 10, 2021, the 4-day training course of LMMRT 2021 UD391 hydraulic tunneling drill rig and ST120 full hydraulic top Hammer Drill Rig was successfully completed. Service providers and customer representatives from all over the country gathered at LGMRT factory to comprehensively and systematically learn the driving, repair and maintenance knowledge of ST120 and UD391.
Drilling Master-ST120
ST120 series is a fully hydraulic top hammer open-pit drill rig designed by LGMRT on the basis of Sandvik's classic Tiger DG series. The drilling range is 76-127mm. It is suitable for coal mines, metal mines, quarries and bones. The machine can meet the strict requirements of different working conditions such as material plant and engineering blasting construction, with the characteristics of high sturdiness, high efficiency and energy saving, safety and environmental protection of the whole machine, it is an ideal choice for all kinds of engineering and mine construction.
Tunnelling Pioneer-UD391
LGMRT UD391 is a compact and flexible single-boom development drill for drilling in narrow vein and mass mining as well as in tunnelling, in cross section up to 34㎡. LGMRT UD391 is equipped with Sandvik LD-50 rock drill and CBI drill control system, which delivers 18kW percussion power for stable and fast drill performance, and long service life for rock tools. The universal LG-B26NV boom is fitted with 360°feed rotation,automatic parallelism large and optimally shaped coverage, for fast and accurate face drilling ande versatility. Direct control LG-CBI drilling hydraulic system featured with automatic control functions ensures the operator to focus on safe,fast and accurated drilling progress. LGMRT UD391 is mounted on a 4-wheel drive frame-steered carrier,which features a safety canopy designed according to FOPS standard. The overall layout is designed for good visibility and stability in tramming in small mining drifts and tunnels. The development drill is easy to operate and maintain, and all daily maintenance could be done on ground level.
The Process of Training
At the beginning of the training, the person in charge of this training distributed protective equipment for everyone, conducted company introduction and safety training, and then took everyone to visit the production line to understand the production situation of LGMRT.
This training is divided into two parts: theory and practical training. In accordance with the needs of the trainees, the training content covers the theory training of the complete hydraulic system, electrical system, water path system and air compressor system, equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis training, disassembly and assembly of key parts such as Rock Drills, and equipment drilling operation.
The training instructors are served by elite members of the LGMRT Service Team. From training classrooms to production workshops to the complete machine test area, the training team makes its best efforts to teach the work experience and knowledge accumulated over the years to the trainees, in order to make everyone a worthwhile trip, keeping the full enthusiasm and taking away the rich knowledge.
